Return & Refund Policy

At Surrun Electric Bike, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Below is our official Return & Exchange Policy in accordance with Google Merchant Center requirements.


Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within the following time frames:

  • Defective Items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are accepted within the same return windows above.

Conditions for Returns

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging (for non-defective returns).
  • Defective items must include photo or video proof.
  • Custom-made or final-sale items cannot be returned.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.
  • For non-defective returns (customer change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Refund Method & Timeframe

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
  • Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for:

  • Wrong item received
  • Size/fit issues
  • Defective items
  • Customer-requested exchange (if unused and in original packaging)

Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.


Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned:

  • Installed or used parts
  • Batteries that have been charged or tested
  • Custom orders
  • Clearance or final-sale products
