Return Window
We accept returns and exchanges within the following time frames:
- Defective Items: Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Non-Defective Items: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are accepted within the same return windows above.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange:
- The item must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging (for non-defective returns).
- Defective items must include photo or video proof.
- Custom-made or final-sale items cannot be returned.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover all return shipping costs.
- For non-defective returns (customer change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Refund Method & Timeframe
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges for:
- Wrong item received
- Size/fit issues
- Defective items
- Customer-requested exchange (if unused and in original packaging)
Exchanges are processed once the returned item is received and inspected.
